The first example that they mention in this article is the story of Robert T. Morris. He was the son of a government computer security official. He created a worm (a program like a virus that can send info from a computer automaticly to another computer on the same network) and put it in government computers, not meaning any harm. In my opinion he was somewhat wrong because he created a worm, but he did however not intend to harm any computers with it, so it was not so bad. He was charged with three years probation, 400 houtrs of comunity service, and a 10,000 dollar fine.

Technology In Sports (Baseball)
http://www.usatoday.com/sports/columnist/hiestand-tv/2009-10-15-espn-virtual-strike-zone_N.htm
This USA Today post shows some new technology on tv for a few different sports. The one I was most intrested in was the baseball one. It says that ESPN is implementing a new system where their analists can virtualy swing at pitches thrown in games. The "pitch" will look like a ball pitched in a game, but it will only be a computer simulated graphic. In my opinion thsi could show how a batter could better face a pitcher. It will be an intresting addition, that I assume they will add to shows like Sportscenter, and Baseball Tonight.

I found it intresting that in the Wired article from 2008 it predicted that the first USB 3.0 devices would come in mid-2009 but the first ones were not announced until CES in January of 2010, about 6 months after their prediction.
